Electronic submission constitutes legally binding agreement under Colorado’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

5. License Grant & Media Authorization

By submitting content, you grant currentsofcare.com a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

• Create derivative works

in any media format now known or later developed.

14. Binding Arbitration Agreement

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14.3 Survival & Severability

This arbitration provision survives termination of your relationship with the Website

15. Class Action Waiver & Jury Trial Waiver

currentsofcare.com shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God

• Government actions

• War

• Terrorism

• Internet outages

• Platform service disruptions

• Cyberattacks

19. International Users

If you access the Website from outside the United States:

• You do so at your own initiative.
